Customer Service CenterAnswers to the FAQ: 1. How do I look for accommodation? Click the “Booking” tab. Enter the arrival and departure dates, and then click “search”. The search results shall be displayed below. 2. There are too many results – how do I find the accommodation I am looking for? The results can be sorted by price, star number, or alphabetically. It is also possible to choose the “advanced search” option which enables to define the query more accurately. 3. I am interested in several hotels – how can I compare them in a simple way? Each object is accompanied by a “Shortlist” icon – select it next to the objects you want to compare (the arrow shall turn red). All selected objects shall be found in the “Shortlist’ above the accommodation list. To remove selected objects, click the “shortlist” icon next to them again – the arrow shall turn blue). 4. How can I find out more about the object? Click the “Details” sign next to the selected accommodation, you shall be transferred to the object’s call card, on the left side there are tabs which provide the object’s description, a photo gallery, booking conditions, and visitor comments. 5. What does the Lowest Price Guarantee mean? By choosing this option, you receive a guarantee that you will not find a cheaper accommodation of this type anywhere else. BOOKING 1. How do I book an accommodation? If you have already selected the accommodation suitable to your needs – enter its details, and after clicking the “Booking” side-tab, select the number of places. Check if the arrival and departure dates provided are correct – they can always be changed. If everything is as you want it – click “Book”. The system shall guide you through the subsequent booking and payment stages. The confirmation of booking shall be sent to you by e-mail. 2. I have not received the e-mail with the confirmation of booking. Check if the confirmation was not recognized as “SPAM” or a “Mass message” by your mailing software. If you are still unable to find it, contact our Customer Service Centre. 3. Is using my credit card for on-line booking safe? Yes, it is. We use the latest and presently the safest data coding technology "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL), which gives credit card holders a warranty up to US$ 1 million. The renowned e-Card system is the guarantor of the transactions. 4. When do I pay for accommodation? The amount due shall be blocked on the credit card, and collected from it after sending the Client the confirmation of booking. In the case of the payment by bank transfer, the Client’s account is debited directly after authorisation. 5. Can I change the booking, or cancel it? Each booking can be changed (provided that there are places available on the desired dates), or cancelled. To perform the changes, or to cancel the booking, send as an e-mail with the booking code received in the e-mail with the confirmation of booking. 6. My booking has been confirmed – is that all? Yes, it is. We now invite you to the selected accommodation facility. Please, take a print-out of the e-mail with the confirmation of booking, or the booking code alone. If it slips your mind – no worries – just present your ID at the reception. For your convenience, however, we suggest that you take your booking confirmation. ATTENTION: Your stay has already been paid, on site you will only be asked to pay for extra services, or the local fee. ACCOMMODATION 1. How do I find my accommodation? You shall receive the address of your accommodation in the e-mail, an orientation map can be found in the object’s description. 2. How can I find out whether the object has a parking lot, or lifts? Check the object description. If you can’t find the desired information, contact our Customer Service Centre. 3. What are check-in and check-out hours? These hours differ from object to object – check in the description. Should you have a problem finding the relevant information, contact our Customer Service Centre. 4. I am planning to arrive in the evening – will my booking still be valid? We recommend you enter any relevant information in the “Special requirements” form sent to the object along with the booking, alternatively you may contact the facility (the phone number shall be included in the booking confirmation), or our Customer Service Centre to inform about any non-standard requirements related to the stay at the object. FEES 1. Will I pay extra for my booking? We do not collect any charges for booking. Moreover, the prices offered in our System, are often even lower than the prices directly at the facilities. 2. Is the price per person, or per room? In the object description, you select the booking of a room, or a place/bed. The description contains the information whether the price is per room, or per person. As a standard, the prices are given per whole stay. 3. Is breakfast included in the price? Check the object description, whether breakfasts, or other fees such as, e.g. taxes, are included in the price. If you have any doubts, contact our Customer Service Centre. |
